Rockyard Brewing – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped in for dinner and went the carb + greens route . We ordered two fettuccini alfredos and two salads—one salad felt like it was on a diet, the other showed up ready for a Vegas buffet . The good stuff: • The kickin’ salad lived up to its name—huge, bold, and packed with flavor . • The fettuccini? Creamy, tasty, and generous on portion size (cue happy food dance). • Service was on point —our waitress kept drinks filled and checked in like a pro. The “hmm” moments: • My Caesar with grilled chicken came out with… let’s call it a “Where’s Waldo” amount of chicken . Had to order an extra breast just to even things out. Once I did, it was solid—but $$$ for what it was compared to other local spots. • Big miss for me: no non-alcoholic beer option . With so many breweries catching on, I really hope Rockyard joins the club soon. Final take: Would I eat here again? Yep. Next time I’ll just double down on the chicken from the start. Flavor was there, service was great, and overall it was a good experience. Just needs a few tweaks to go from “pretty darn good” to “heck yes, 5-stars!
This place never disappoints! Every plate on their menu I’ve sampled has been so tasty, and the service provided courteous. The chef has gone above and beyond more than once for my dietary restrictions, and the end result is unceasingly mouthwatering. From fajitas to pasta—with a specialized homemade sauce—this restaurant has a wide variety of foods for any number of palates in your party. It’s a fun environment for sports fans hoping to watch a game on tv too, thanks to their sizable screens. A fireplace stamps the center of the great room, stretching to the ceiling and adding cozy vibes throughout the space. I love everything about it!
Asked my lovely waitress to pick me a good beer and a good light meal, and both were absolutely amazing. Super nice friendly atmosphere, the manager stopped to chat and I appreciated the dedication of everyone there. I highly recommend.
Rock Yard Brewery is a fantastic spot that blends great food, excellent beer, and a welcoming atmosphere into one memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly service and a lively, comfortable environment that made us feel right at home. The menu impressed us right away with its variety, and every dish we tried was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. You can tell the kitchen takes real pride in what they serve, from the fresh ingredients to the generous portions. Of course, the beer is a standout all on its own. Rock Yard Brewery offers an amazing selection of handcrafted brews, each with its own character and smooth finish. Whether you enjoy something light and crisp or bold and hoppy, there truly is something for every palate. The staff was knowledgeable and happy to recommend pairings, which made the experience even better. The combination of quality food, top-tier beer, and attentive service made our visit unforgettable. This is definitely the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy yourself, and know you’re getting a consistently great experience. We will absolutely return and look forward to trying more of what Rock Yard Brewery has to offer!
Wow! Yummy! We did 2 flights or 8 different beers and most were winners. Potato Skins were better than homemade and the pulled pork was stacked high with cold slaw and onion rings. Real messy as all good food is. All this was enhanced by our waitress Katy. She was taking care of a lot of people but you would never know it. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly. When we got in our car to leave there she was in the parking lot waving us down with my sunglasses in her hand that I had left on the table. Cool atmosphere, great food and if you can, ask for Katy
Burger was juicy and the fries were amazing. Partner ordered the pork nachos and she said that while they were good, they were a little dry.
I'm writing this review for my parents in their 80s who aren't exactly 'computer literate'. My parents and I had dinner at Rockyard on Sept. 12th, and my parents, who are on a fixed retirement income and only eat out as a 'treat', paid for the meal, $103.48 (receipt attached). They also, as they always do, left a $25 cash tip on the table for the server as they are 'old school' and believe that 'cash is king' and that servers prefer cash to credit card tips to avoid credit card charges, etc. My father always writes "Tip on table", and the amount for the meal, less tip, on the total line of the credit card charge slip. A month later, when reviewing their back statement, the charge processed and posted by the bank on Sept. 14th was in the amount of $128.48. So not only did they get a $25.00 cash tip but also ran $25.00 on the credit card, which was posted. While Rockyard has always had good food and beer options and a family-friendly atmosphere, it's not worthy of a 50% tip. Unfortunately, they cannot dispute the charge because the bank needs the restaurant's credit card charge slip and they obviously do not have it. So enjoy good food and beer at Rockyard but I strongly suggest not tipping in cash and leaving it on your card in order to avoid double charged tips. My parents hate to do it but they view it as having 'pre-paid' a tip for their next visit and, despite the fact that the server will end up being 'shorted', they feel as if they unknowingly and without authorization double-tipped the previous server. I have edited this to be a 'four star' as my parents notified me that their November bank statement had a $25 credit applied from Rockyard Brewing, so it seems things have been remedied. Don't know if it was because of the review or if the bank addressed it when they processed credit card charges but all is now well. Only seemed appropriate to update this.
Stopped in before an interview. I had the garlic siracha burger. It truly was amazing. One thing I loved was that they new how to grill it the way I want. I like mine medium. This burger was stacked to perfection. Truly tasty. Look at those layers of deliciousness!
